eLASIS (www.elasis.sarawak.gov.my) is owned and operated by Sarawak Land and Survey Department, Malaysia. In this Term of Use, "eLASIS" stands for electronic Land and Survey Information System and by accessing to and use of this website and the products and services available through this website signifies your acknowledgement and acceptance of this Terms of Use.
Sarawak Land and Survey Department, Malaysia may change this Terms of Use, the website and its contents from time to time without notice. The amended Terms of Use posted on this website will be effective immediately. By accessing to and use of this website after any amendment shall constitute an acceptance and agreement by you to be bound by the amended Terms of Use. SARAWAK LAND AND SURVEY DEPARTMENT, MALAYSIA reserves the right to introduce, from time to time, a charge for accessing or using this website. SARAWAK LAND AND SURVEY DEPARTMENT, MALAYSIA is not responsible for any fees charged by any other websites not operated by SARAWAK LAND AND SURVEY DEPARTMENT, MALAYSIA.

You hereby acknowledge and agree you are responsible to ensure that the eLASIS non-refundable fee is paid. The payment for the Service must be made when requested during the application process and not refundable.
The Sarawak Land and Survey Department, Malaysia is not responsible for any liability in the event of the interception, "hacking" or other unauthorized access to information provided by a user of this Service.

This eLASIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. If you access this website from locations outside Malaysia, you hereby acknowledge, agree voluntarily and purposefully availing yourself of the laws of Malaysia, and you are solely responsible for compliance with all your local laws. You are prohibited to access if this website and its contents are unlawful from your locations.
