Smart Enforcement is established to facilitate users to make transactions related to Licence to Remove Rock Material (Earth, Sand and Gravel and Limited) online.

Through the Licensee Portal, users would be able to edit their profile and monitor their applications under the existing license. Other available features include submission of Monthly Returns, online payment of fees and royalties as well as application for sales of rock materials and minerals outside Sarawak.
